Dave Schellenberg Electric is fully owned and operated by Dave Schellenberg, a certified Master Electrician. Prior to starting his company, Dave was employed by various contractors, gaining experience and skills as an electrician. In those 28 years of experience, he has honed his problem-solving skills with customers and contractors to create solutions to their electrical needs. Dave hopes that by providing expert service he’ll put other business and home owners and families at ease knowing that their business and home electrical is safe and reliable.

Mission and Vision
The mission of Dave Schellenberg Electric is to provide superior electrical work to business and home owners and to take the time to understand their needs in order to provide efficient and safe solutions.
The vision of Dave Schellenberg Electric is to transition from a licensed Master Electrician to a full-scale licensed Electrical Contractor. This would allow for the hiring of other licensed journeyman electricians and apprentices to further enhance our ability to serve our clients./p>
Dave Schellenberg Electric sales cycle timeline is 2-4 weeks.
The sales process will kick off with an informal meeting with potential clients, ideally in person at the location where the electrical work will be undertaken. During that meeting Dave and the client will work together to define the work required and expected for the project
The meeting will close with a follow-up date for the quote (usually one or two days after the initial meeting). A day or two after the quote being sent, Dave Schellenberg Electric will follow-up with a phone call to confirm receipt of the quote, outline the work to be undertaken and answer any questions.
Naturally, at any time the customer may ask for references, which will be gladly offered.
Once given the go-ahead on the project, Dave Schellenberg Electric will arrange a date/time to begin work. We require a 50% deposit prior to the start of work, either by credit card, cheque or cash.
Paperwork
Dave Schellenberg Electric has all required business licenses, industry-specific licenses (i.e. fall arrest, elevated platform) and contract agreements (partnerships, independent contractors etc.) available for customer to view. We are also registered with WSIB and CRA.
Dave Schellenberg Electric also makes certain it has its required insurance for owners, partners and key employees, insurance for business property and earnings, and liability insurance.
